For the person everyone counts on

There’s a lot going on behind “I’m fine.”

Teaching. Nursing. Law. Parenting. Work that asks a lot of you, followed by a home life that does too. You may be getting through your days and still feel stretched past your limit.

  • 01You finish work exhausted, then start your second shift at home.
  • 02You’re pulled in every direction. Your own needs keep falling off the list.
  • 03Even when there’s time to rest, you can’t seem to switch off.
  • 04You miss feeling like yourself. Life is moving, but you feel stuck.

You don’t need a breaking point to ask for support.

What you want life to feel like

More than getting through
another week.

01 / SPACE TO EXHALE

Leave work at work.

Explore the stress you carry home, and ways to settle after a demanding day so your time off can feel more like your own.

02 / YOUR NEEDS COUNT TOO

Say no without the guilt taking over.

Work on boundaries around your time, energy and responsibilities. Being dependable doesn’t have to mean being available to everyone, all the time.

03 / ROOM FOR REAL LIFE

Have something left for home.

Make room to talk about the strain on your relationships, and what would help you feel more present with the people you care about.

04 / A PERSON, NOT JUST A ROLE

Find your way back to yourself.

Reconnect with what matters to you beyond your job and the people you care for. Your interests, your choices and your needs belong in the conversation.

These are goals you can work toward with a therapist. Your sessions and pace will reflect what matters to you.

Real people. A thoughtful fit.

People you can
feel comfortable with.

Olivia hosts your free call and helps you find a therapist on her team. No need to choose on your own.

  • Explore your options before booking therapy.

This is a fit and scheduling call, not a therapy session or clinical assessment. Please use the booking form for contact details only. You can share more during your conversation.

Before you take that step

A few things you might be wondering.

Am I struggling enough to need counselling?

You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to explore counselling. Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself is a reason to talk about support. A fit call can help you decide whether our team feels right for you.

Do I have to choose a therapist first?

No. This is one team intake calendar. We can help you explore a practitioner based on your needs, preferences and their availability. Janine and Grant are two members of the team, not choices you need to make before the call.

Is the first call really free?

Yes. The 15-minute fit call is free, with no commitment to book therapy. Ongoing counselling sessions are paid. We can confirm the relevant practitioner’s current fee before you book.

Can I see Olivia herself?

This first step is for counselling with Olivia’s team. Olivia is not currently accepting new individual counselling clients. We’ll help you explore another practitioner who could fit what you’re looking for.

Will counselling fit around work and family?

Some team members offer evening or Saturday counselling appointments. Availability varies by practitioner. Tell us what works for you during the fit call so we can explore realistic options together.

Can I use my benefits?

Coverage depends on your plan and the practitioner’s professional designation. Ask your insurer whether your plan covers a registered social worker or registered psychotherapist, including a qualifying psychotherapist where applicable. We can clarify a practitioner’s designation before you book.

You spend a lot of time showing up for others.
